Chris is a trial attorney and the Managing Member of Hinderliter, LLC.  He maintains an active litigation practice representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, and various arbitration forums. He has a track record of success for over twenty years representing clients in cases involving personal injury, commercial litigation, and criminal matters. 

He also counsels clients on business matters ranging from business formation to the many questions and disputes which often challenge small business owners. As the founder, owner and operator of two small businesses, he understands the challenges and questions that business owners face. On the flip side, he also understands that sometimes customers don’t receive the product or service they were promised and he often represents individuals in breach of contract and other commercial litigation. In commercial litigation he has successfully defended contractors in trials alleging workmanship defects and he has successfully obtained recoveries for individual plaintiffs including an $800,000 recovery in a breach of contract case.  

The personal injury lawsuits that Chris handles involve motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, and premises liability. He has successfully recovered over $25,000,000 for clients in personal injury matters, including a $2,000,000 medical malpractice settlement, a $1,100,000 settlement in a motor vehicle accident, and a $700,000 award in a slip and fall accident. 

He is admitted to the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and District of New Jersey.
